What follows is a recient email that went out too folks who were likly to find themselves facilitating a meeting. If you feel that you would like to facilitate a meeting at the TG Center, please come to this training.
Hello!
If you are getting this email, it is because you are either a current group facilitator at the TG Center or you are a likely group facilitator. Please be at your training THIS SUNDAY between 1 and 3. Lilly will be doing the facilitator training and believe me – she is good!
If you are likely to find yourself facilitating a group, you need to undergo this training! This training will help facilitators better deal with group dynamics, conflict as well as overall group heath. All group facilitations who are having their groups at the TG Center need to undergo this training in order to continue meeting at the TG Center.
PLEASE BE THERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
